This year, we are witnessing a powerful move of God as church buildings begin to rise across East Africa.
A Visible Answer to Prayer
Pastor David, who coordinates our efforts in the Kisumu town area, recently shared the profound impact these structures have on local villagers. For many, seeing a physical building where a church was planted just a year ago is the ultimate proof of God’s faithfulness.
“That kind of an initiative of building that building brings a very big impact for the villagers and even for the believers to make them realize that God answers their prayers through our friends in the States.”
Walking Side-by-Side as Burden Bearers
The mission of CMN has always been about more than providing resources; it’s about true partnership. Our leadership is committed to walking “side by side” with African leaders, helping them grow and move forward. Pastor David describes this relationship as being “burden bearers.”
- Lifting the Weight: We help hold the “luggage” that is often too heavy for local leaders to carry alone.
- Empowering Growth: By providing the infrastructure, we allow local ministries to focus on their primary mission: reaching people.
- Spiritual Revival: When the church is revived, the people are filled with joy. Today, that joy is overflowing in the communities we serve.
The Best Year Yet
Since joining Church Missions Network in 2015, Pastor David notes that this has been “one of the best years that we ever had.” The buildings are coming back, the people are grateful, and the impact is reaching far beyond the walls of the church.
We are so grateful for our supporters in the States who make this work possible. Together, we are helping the African church walk, grow, and bring the light of Christ to every village.
May God bless you!
